If users do not agree with any part of these Terms, they should not use the Website.

1. Intellectual Property and Copyright

All content displayed or made available on the Website—including but not limited to artwork, images, graphics, text, product designs, digital downloads, patterns, branding elements, and overall site layout—is the exclusive property of Loops of Colour® or its licensed third-party partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the United Kingdom and internationally.

All trademarks, including the name Loops of Colour®, logos, and other brand identifiers, are either registered or unregistered trademarks owned by the Company and must not be used without prior written permission.

Users are not permitted to reproduce, duplicate, modify, publish, distribute, transmit, display, license, or exploit any part of the Website or its contents for commercial or public purposes without the express written consent of Loops of Colour or the relevant rights holder. This includes, but is not limited to, unauthorised use of digital files, downloadable content, and design patterns.

Any form of unauthorised reproduction, resale, or redistribution—whether for commercial gain or in a manner that falsely implies endorsement or affiliation—is strictly prohibited and may result in civil or criminal liability.

2. Products and Services

Loops of Colour sells original creative products directly to consumers. Product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

The Company makes every effort to display products as accurately as possible. However, colours and textures may appear differently depending on the user’s screen or device settings.

3. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Loops of Colour reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Product unavailability

• Errors in pricing or product description

• Suspected fraud or unauthorised transactions

Payments must be made at the time of purchase through secure third-party payment processors. Loops of Colour does not store full payment card information on its servers.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping rates, estimated delivery times, and available destinations are specified at checkout. Loops of Colour is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional charges may apply for returned shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a parcel is returned due to incorrect delivery details provided at checkout or unpaid customs charges, I kindly ask that you cover the cost of re-postage before I can resend your order. If the error is on my part, I will, of course, cover the redelivery costs. Please note that I am unable to refund orders that are returned as a result of unpaid customs or import fees.

5. Returns and Refunds

Return and refund policies are outlined in the Returns Policy available on the Website. Customers are encouraged to review the policy before making a purchase.

In general, returns are accepted within a specified period for eligible items, provided they are unused and in original condition. Custom or made-to-order items may not be returnable unless faulty.

Personalised Items

Please note that personalised items are non-returnable unless they are faulty or not as described. I take great care to ensure that each piece is crafted to your exact specifications, including the colour options you select at the time of purchase.

Colours are presented as accurately as possible through product descriptions and images, but please be aware that slight variations may occur due to differences in screen settings, lighting, and device displays. By placing your order, you acknowledge and accept these potential differences.

I am committed to working closely with you to create something you’ll be happy with, and I encourage you to review all details carefully before confirming your order.

6. User Conduct

When using the Loops of Colour® Website, users agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and must not engage in any conduct that may harm or interfere with the Website, its users, or the Company’s operations.

Specifically, users agree not to:

• Upload, submit, or transmit any material that contains viruses, malicious code, corrupted data, or any other software or content designed to disrupt, damage, or impair the proper functioning of the Website or its services

Loops of Colour® reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any user who violates these Terms or engages in conduct detrimental to the Company, its Website, or other users. Such actions may include removal of offending content and, if necessary, legal action.

The Website may contain links to external websites or services that are not owned or operated by Loops of Colour. These links are provided solely for the convenience of users. Loops of Colour has not reviewed each third-party website and accepts no responsibility for their content, availability, or any loss or damage that may arise from their use. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by the Company, nor does it represent any association with the operators of those sites. Accessing any third-party website linked from the Website is done entirely at the user’s own risk.
